Violet has been a licensed agent for property and casualty insurance since April 2006 and has worked in the insurance industry ever since. She began working for NOVA Insurance Services in August 2008. Violet received her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education Research in 2010 and is currently running NOVA's Insurance operations in Maricopa County. She is dedicated to helping her clients find the right insurance that fits into their budget while providing the proper coverage.

Bart began his insurance career in 1995, and is currently licensed to write Property, Casualty, Life and Accident/Health insurance and holds both Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager designations.  Bart's industry experience includes owning an insurance agency in Maine before moving to Arizona.

Valerie has been a licensed Property and Casualty agent since 2003.  She has helped individuals, families and businesses select insurance policies that provide the best protection for both their lives and their property.  Valerie brings to NOVA several years of experience and training in the technical aspects of insurance as well as a thorough knowledge of industry fundamentals and operational procedures.  Acting as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, Valerie uses her knowledge of the insurance market to arrange suitable insurance policies for her clients.

Chris comes from a military family and lived all over the US and abroad. He was born in Madrid, Spain and moved to the United States when he was 4 years old. When looking back, he says Japan was his favorite spot to live, with Mississippi being his least favorite.

Chris pursued a love for football and was fortunate to have a career. Following his dream, he played as a tight end at Texas Tech University and was with the Minnesota Vikings. Chris has been a football coach for TUSD for the last five years and has enjoyed being a part of the game again. 

Chris is a United States Veteran who fought in Desert Sheild/Storm after enlisting in the US Air Force. He is very proud to have served his country.

As a licensed insurance agent for the past 9 years, with both property and casualty and life and health designations, Chris joined NOVA Insurance Services last year. He enjoys working with our customers and providing them with quality insurance choices.

Chris has 2 sons. His younges just graduated from high school and will be attending Mississippi State on an academic scholarship. His older son will be joining the Marines.

We are glad to have him a part of the NIS team!
